Director: Gini Graham Scott, Ph.D., J.D.
Behavior Research Associates is headed up by Gini Graham Scott,
Ph.D., J.D., who has an extensive background in organizational
behavior, interpersonal relations, group dynamics, conflict
resolution, creativity, and understanding social trends. She
is a
speaker, workshop/seminar leader, and organizational consultant
to business, government, and non-profit organizations, and has
spoken to business executives, managers, professionals, and the
general public. Her 35 books and dozens of articles include
many on understanding organizational, consumer, and audience
behavior, and has been a featured guest on hundreds of TV and radio
programs.
Dr. Scott received a
Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley and a
J.D. from the University of San Francisco Law School. She is
now working
towards two M.A. degrees in Anthropology and in Organizational,
Consumer, and Audience Behavior, Mass Communications at California
State University, Hayward. Her most recent books on
these topics include: Work With Me! Resolving Everyday Conflict
in Your Organization (Davies-Black), Making Ethical Choices:
Resolving Ethical Dilemmas (Paragon).

As Director of Behavior
Research, Dr. Scott is in charge of project design and development
and handles all writing, analysis, ethnographic research, in-depth
interviewing, and group facilitation. She also acts as
Creative Director in charge of designing and coordinating the
production of reports, documentaries, and multimedia presentations.
